Arun spent over a decade in competitive sports before a persistent injury shifted his focus to recovery. What started as a personal search for better healing became Skadoosh. He believes recovery should be simple, accessible, and grounded in methods that have worked for centuries.

Not at all. We work with everyone, from professional footballers to people who sit at a desk all day. If you have a body, recovery is for you.

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For massage therapy, we'll provide towels and draping. For contrast baths, bring swimwear or shorts.

Appointments range from 30 to 90 minutes depending on what your body needs. We'll discuss this when you book.
